What folks at the college have to say about some things

Editor’s note: With this article, the Knightly News launches a new series: Central Penn Voices. It is intended to be a forum in which students and other members of the campus community speak their minds on issues Knightly News reporters, the editor or the club’s co-advisers pose or that readers submit for consideration. If you have a question to suggest we ask, please send it to [email protected]. Although we want to hear from you, please submit tasteful questions on topics of interest. Thank you, and enjoy!

A student’s time in college is filled with more than classes.

Many students are involved in school clubs, sports or other programs.

We wanted to know what students have to say about their involvement in these activities, so we asked some of them.

Our question and some student responses follow.

The Knightly News asked: Are you involved In any clubs or sports on campus?

“I’m not involved in any clubs, but I am on the Central Penn baseball team.”

I asked David about his experience playing on the team.

“Oh, I love it! Being on the baseball team gives me something to do other than just school or spending time with friends.”

David was April’s Central Penn College Male Student Athlete of the Month.
