Are you ready to help a student try to ace success?

The Central Penn College Education Foundation will host the 52nd Annual Golf Open at Rich Valley Golf, Mechanicsburg, on Friday, Aug. 11, to raise money for student scholarships at Central Penn.

The day will begin around 8 a.m., with registration and continental breakfast, followed by a 9 a.m. shotgun start.

As the day on the green ends, around 2 p.m., lunch will be available, followed by awards and raffles.

Two raffle baskets will be available for participants to win this year: a basket of cheer and a basket of family fun.

The basket of cheer, or the over-21 basket, will contain  beverages and other items.

The basket of family fun will contain items to make the last few weeks of summer fun for a family, and possibly for next summer.

To sign up for the open, to donate items for the baskets and for more information, contact foundation director Sandra Box at sandrabox@centralpenn.edu.
