On this episode of the Knightly News Podcast, we welcome Internship Coordinator Kristin Fike to talk about her recent site visit to the Disney College Program in Florida to learn more about the initiative in person. On the second segment, we welcome the Clinical Coordinator of the Surgical Technology program Brionna Crisamore to discuss what brought her to Central Penn College and why our program is so unique.
During our time with Fike, we got to learn about the Disney College Program, what it entails, and how students can apply for the prestigious opportunity.
Also on the podcast is Knightly News President Noah Lopez, who is currently going through the internship process. Lopez offers tips for students who are are attempting to navigate finding an internship, as well as sharing his personal experiences.
To close the segment, Fike also shared more information about the “Level Up Your Career Development” initiative run by Career Services, a series of six videos on topics that will be important as you develop your career with an opportunity to win gift cards to local businesses.

We are also joined by Knightly News Reporter Jules Quare, who is also a surg tech major, to share about how she found out about Central Penn’s program and the advantages it poses.
