Knightly News soup fundraiser is on!

The Knightly News Media Club will be delivering soup on Feb. 22 around lunchtime to people who buy a bowl for this popular annual fundraiser.
Club members will be selling four kinds of soup:
- Broccoli and cheddar
- Italian wedding
- White chicken chili
- Maryland crab
Each soup costs $4 a serving, except for the Maryland crab, which costs $5.
All soup orders will be preorders and must be submitted via email to media-club co-adviser Professor Paul Miller at paulmiller@centralpenn.edu.
Ordered soups will be delivered by club members.
The media club has had remarkable success hosting food fundraisers, the last being its whoopie pie fundraiser during the fall term.
“Our most recent whoopie pie fundraiser was one of the best fundraising efforts we have ever had as a club,” Miller said. “People seem to love food sales and our annual soup sale has been legendary at the college.”
The club uses profits from fundraisers in numerous ways, such as for podcast-studio equipment, hosting club events and field trips.
Shughart is also the club’s secretary and photographer.
