The Central Penn College baseball team is holding their second pulled pork fundraiser of the academic year on Feb. 11 from noon to 4 p.m. in the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR) in Bollinger Hall.

The team made a great profit with the last fundraiser they held, selling out quickly while bringing a wonderful smell throughout Bollinger Hall.

Profits from this fundraiser will be going to the team to pay for equipment and transportation during the upcoming season that starts in March.

The food will be prepared by the team’s head coach, Robert Stern.

Stern enjoys using his smoker to create barbeque creations and is quickly becoming known on campus for his pulled pork.

Knights third basemen Kevon Davis said, “I’m looking forward to eating (Coach) Stern’s pulled pork. It really impressed me when I had it at the first fundraiser.”

The menu consists of two different options. You can buy a sandwich for $8 or a dinner meal for $12, which includes macaroni and cheese, green beans, pulled pork and a roll.

Pre-orders will be available to ensure you get your meal as, during the last fundraiser, the food did sell out.

If you have any further questions about the fundraiser or to pre-order, contact Stern at robertstern@centralpenn.edu.
