By Paul Miller
Knightly News Co-Adviser
On this episode of the Knightly News Podcast, we welcome two of the Knightly News Media Club’s’ finest members, Kevon Davis and Blake Myers, for their final episode before they graduate at the end of the fall term. On the second segment, we welcome the Associate VP of Student Services Dr. Erika Wilkinson to chat about the “Bridge to Success” and “Knights Roundtable” programming on campus this term.
During our time with Myers and Davis, we recall important moments over the past several years, including the development of our sports broadcasts and being a part of the ESAC Championship game.
Both Myers and Davis will be graduating at the end of the fall term. Myers, among the first-ever sports reporters for the Knightly News, has been with the club since 2022. Davis, a commentator and producer for Knights basketball, celebrates three years since he joined the broadcast team in 2021.
The Knightly News wishes the duo a wonderful graduation later this month!
On the second segment of the podcast, we welcome the Associate VP of Student Services Dr. Erika Wilkinson and Knightly News Reporter Elijah Huhn.
During the show, the group shares about the importance of the “Bridge to Success” program and what the future looks like for the popular initiative. The programming, which takes place in the HUB, is offered most weeks during common hour, alternating between Wednesday and Thursday.
Huhn, in his first term at Central Penn College, is part of the West Shore Connect program. During the show, Huhn offers tips to new students at Central Penn, specifically with time management and networking.
